I’ve watched community leaders spend 𝟲𝟬% of their time on things that have nothing to do with their community. Finding a 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿. Chasing 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀. DMing 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀. Negotiating 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀. Following up. Getting 𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱. Starting over for the next event. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵. After running 𝟱𝟬+ events across 𝟭𝟯+ Indian cities through DevRelSquad (by GoAvo.ai), I realized the problem isn’t the events. It’s the 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 around them.
