🌈 Yesterday, we took part in the closing bell ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to Ring The Bell for LGBTIQ+ Equality in partnership with Koppa - The LGBTI+ Economic Power Lab, Open for Business, United Nations Human Rights and United Nations Global Compact. Rebecca Short, our COO, represented us on the podium. The moment also connected to this year’s dbPride theme, “When I Think of Home” – an invitation to reflect on what belonging means across our global community. We were also pleased to welcome André De Shields, award‑winning actor and singer, whose perspective offered a reminder of the role authenticity and open dialogue play in bringing people together As a global bank, we know that creating an environment where people feel respected and able to contribute is an important part of what we do – for our colleagues and for our clients at home and abroad.
