🌈 We kicked off Pride Month on a high note! With Sashay for Pride, our LGBTQ+ employee network dbPride brought colleagues and allies together for a special evening focused on making allyship visible in everyday working life. In Berlin and across screens around the world, the event created space for open conversations, different perspectives and personal stories. With a keynote from Claudio de Sanctis, Head of Deutsche Bank Private Bank, honest panel discussions, and a mix of both powerful and lighter moments, the evening was less about big statements and more about real experiences – and the small, practical ways we can all show up as allies.
