Last week, the Verra team came together for our summer seminar: 2 days to look back, look ahead and keep shaping the way we want to work together 🏆   Day 1 was about momentum We celebrated what we achieved in H1, aligned on our priorities for H2 and shared progress across our OKRs 🎯 Then we took time to celebrate properly, with our traditional pizzas in the park 🍕   Day 2 was about the future of work. Together with Nik Patel, we explored what it takes to work effectively with AI: how to give it the right context, build reliable systems around it and intentionally define where human judgement, creativity and experience remain essential 🤖   We then moved from ideas to action, working on concrete ways to automate parts of our day-to-day work using AI 🦾 By automating repetitive tasks, we are creating more space for our team to focus on high-value, creative problem-solving 🧠   A big thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity, energy and a willingness to rethink how we work 💪   #TeamCulture #AIFirst #EnterpriseAI #GrowthStrategy #Verra
