The International PM@Siemens Conference 2026, what a journey! For two days, Berlin became the heartbeat of our global PM community. Around 240 Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers from across Siemens came together; different countries, different businesses, one shared passion for shaping the future of project management! Our goal was clear: connect, learn, and explore how project management continues to evolve in a world defined by AI, digitalization, new business models, and growing complexity. But the moment that stayed with me most wasn’t a keynote or a breakout. It was watching colleagues from around the world share openly, challenge respectfully, and learn together. That energy in every room; authentic, curious, and collaborative reminded me why our PM community is so special. 🫶 Georg Klein and Robert Stiglmayr set the tone by celebrating 25+ years of PM@Siemens and reinforcing our shared identity: one PM language, one mindset, one commitment; delivering impact as ONE Tech Company. Veronika Bienert’s keynote was truly inspiring. She reminded us that PMs and CPMs are essential in making strategy real. No one can carry today’s complexity alone and PM@Siemens as a shared standard, supported by digital tools and AI, helps us deliver this transformation together. AI & Digitalization session with Frank Grunert 張合翕, Wolfgang Wrumnig, Christoph Götz, Selim Köklü and Frank Dahlhaus linked the strategic “why” of AI with concrete use cases already live in our businesses. A message we heard repeatedly: AI won’t replace project managers; it will elevate us. And Wolfgang Jenewein’s “Winning Mindset” added the final spark; a reminder that sustainable performance is built on focus, constructive conflict, team spirit, and positive energy. Our motto, “Leading Project Management through Transformation,” came to life in every moment. Change becomes real in projects, and project managers are the ones turning strategy into impact. A special highlight was celebrating the PM@Siemens Award winner - the D9 Locomotive India team. A powerful example of excellence in execution, transformation in action, and what it truly means to act as ONE Tech Company. A big thank‑you to all our breakout hosts for delivering 18 sessions over 2 days with outstanding feedback. Your professionalism, openness, and strong content elevated the conference.👏 And a special thank‑you to my partner in crime 😃 Anastasia Moehler and the amazing organization team Bianka Wünschel, Vasco Seelmann and the CF A PEX. Working with you was my personal highlight. Our dedication, creativity, and passion made everything possible.
