We keep treating climate as a data problem. More dashboards, more disclosure, more reports — and still organisations swing between reactive compliance and symbolic gesture. In my new article I argue that the missing piece is not information but adaptive capacity: the human ability to act inside complexity, emotion and competing values without freezing.
