We're building a next-generation HR platform from scratch using a microservice architecture. AbedElaziz, our AI Team Lead, describes the environment perfectly: "We are tackling core, end-to-end recruitment flows where requirements change quickly. We need builders who see that kind of ambiguity as an opportunity to explore and figure things out, rather than a roadblock." Right now, the team is heavily focused on scaling and optimising tools like OpenClaw to change how talent is discovered. At the same time, we're architecting the complex, distributed data pipelines that power live interview lifecycles and SATI (Self-Assessment Topgrading Interview) integrations. It is a high-autonomy environment where engineers are constantly learning, shipping features that matter, and sharing new tech with each other. We recently attended Taylor's University career day, looking for problem solvers who want to build these kinds of meaningful systems. If you want to tackle real architectural challenges from the ground up, the link to our open roles is in the comments. 👇
