Last week, Kate O'Sullivan, Deputy Secretary of our Infrastructure Division, joined Industry Capability Network - Victoria for their State Budget breakfast event, sharing insights into the 2026-27 Victorian State Budget's infrastructure pipeline and what it means for small and medium-sized businesses.   The session was designed to cut through the complexity and help SMEs understand where real supply chain opportunities may exist – from major projects through to the smaller investments.   Thank you to ICN Victoria for bringing together such an engaged room of civil contractors, engineers, manufacturers and other businesses who are keen to participate in government-funded infrastructure work.
