The Sovereign Industry Development Fund is now delivering real outcomes. With its inaugural project announced, the Fund is backing delivery‑ready initiatives that build sovereign capability, strengthen resilience and support priority industries across Queensland. 👏 The first recipient is Ampol, supporting development of a renewable diesel co‑processing facility at Lytton to help establish domestic production of lower‑emissions liquid fuels. This marks the beginning of a suite of strategic investments focused on accelerating projects that can scale and innovate to deliver lasting value to Queensland. More funded projects will be announced as the program progresses.
