Sharelle McMahon, this year’s recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Victorian Sport Award.🎉 Congratulations to one of Australia’s greatest homegrown netball talents. Across a 16-year playing career, Sharelle won: • 2 World Championships • 2 Commonwealth Games gold medals • 6 Australian netball Championships. And her contribution to sport continues well beyond the court. From coaching and broadcast commentary to senior leadership roles, Sharelle has helped inspire a new generation of champions. She now serves as General Manager, High Performance and Pathways at Netball Victoria. There she supports the development of: • athletes • coaches • umpires • officials. Sharelle will be honoured at the 2025 Victorian Sport Awards ceremony on Wednesday 13 May. Presented by Vicsport and supported by us.
