There are grants available to organisations to deliver the Reconnection, Employment and Learning (REAL) Program – Phase 2, supporting First Nations individuals exiting the justice system. We’re looking for organisations who can: ➡️ Provide pre-release, and post-release supports to help people to reconnect with their communities. ➡️ Connect people with employment, education and training opportunities. ➡️ Reconnect people with health, housing and other social services. ➡️ Facilitate connection to culture, Country and language.
