The origin of Carbonell dates back to 1866, in the heart of Andalusia. It was then that visionary entrepreneur Antonio Carbonell y Llácer founded Casa Carbonell in Cordoba. He was firmly convinced that a Spanish olive oil, produced under the strict quality standards of the international market, would become a vital source of growth and prosperity for the Andalusian countryside.   For 160 years, we have bottled that very essence.
