A curated map of 4,000+ European startups and 17,000+ live jobs, hand-reviewed, free. Around ~70k people already find it every month. Now I want that number to look small. The role is Founding Growth Intern (Remote). One mission: eye balls. You own organic distribution end to end. TikTok, Reels, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, wherever you think the right people are. You pick the channel and the format, you post, you read the numbers, you double down on what works. I'm a solo founder, so there's no committee and no 6-week approval cycle. This is literally the opposite of a sluggish corporate environment. You're probably a student or recent grad without much of a CV yet. Good. I care about drive, hunger and curiosity, not polish.
