🪪 Your AI agents have identities now — did you notice? 🤖 👻 For a long time, AI agents lived in your tenant as ordinary app registrations and service principals. 🤷 Nothing told you "hey, this identity belongs to an agent." ✅ That era is over. Agent identities are now first-class citizens — and you can SEE them in two places. 🔵 IN MICROSOFT ENTRA 🛡️ The admin center has a dedicated "Agents" section: 📋 Overview of all agent identities in your tenant 🪪 Agent identities 📐 Agent blueprints 🔑 Sign-in logs — yes, agents have sign-in logs now 🎯 Entra Agent ID reached GA in April 2026. Agents stopped being "weird service principals" and became their own object type. 🚪 THE HIDDEN DOOR 🤫 Here is the secret almost nobody tells you: 🙈 Open Entra the traditional way and you can easily MISS the "Agents" section. 🗺️ The path that works: the hamburger menu in the Azure portal → the "Microsoft Cloud" panel → Entra. ⚡ Same product, different door — and only one of them shows you your agents. And no, this is not in the documentation. I found it by testing. 🟣 IN MICROSOFT FOUNDRY 🤖 🆕 This one is days old, announced at Build 2026 and still in preview. Open an agent and check the new "Details" tab: 🪪 The Entra agent identity, created automatically 📐 The agent blueprint behind it 🔌 Status, versions and endpoints — all in one place ✨ You build the agent. The identity appears in Entra.
