AI may be capable of automating a large share of knowledge work but the labor market hasn’t fully felt it yet. Anthropic’s new research shows little impact on unemployment so far, but early signals of reduced hiring in AI-exposed roles, especially for young workers. I think we’ll figure out the final direction in the next 2/3 years. #ai
