Kirkby CAPEX installation — complete and officially handed back to site. It’s the work equivalent of new car day… or that taxi ride to the airport when the holiday finally begins. 🚕✨ A brand-new, shiny mixing plant ready to go 🤩 Getting this project over the line — and delivered on time — has been one of the team’s top priorities. With a non-negotiable deadline tied directly to the start of our season, there was zero room for delay. I couldn’t be prouder of what the team has achieved. The long hours. The headaches. The last-minute curveballs. We had them all — and we dealt with them head-on. Real teams don’t get defeated. They adapt, they problem-solve, and they always have Plan B, C, and D ready. This project was a true demonstration of ownership, resilience, and leadership. When times get tough, real leaders step up: Andrew T. Site Engineering Manager Tim Durham Project Manager "Second Phase Ltd phase" Thanks for keeping your finger on the pulse and your foot firmly on the pedal — outstanding work. Our OEM Premier Tech — Eric van Hoeckel and the wider team — thank you for the collaboration and support. Other shout outs, SED Services LTD, Liam Gerrard, Dan at DSL Engineering, Ray Griffin and the full site team Now it’s time to fine-tune, optimise, and set the site up for success. 💪 #ownit #winningtogether #alwaysbetter #Dotherightthing
