Today, we released our 2025 Annual Report, presenting our financial performance and sustainability progress for the past year. ▪️Key financial figures: We delivered 5% of revenue growth in local currencies, predominantly driven by good performance in our Hearing Care business area. Strategic acquisitions such as the German retailer KIND contributed meaningfully to this development. ▪️Our core impact: Demant improved over 12 million lives through innovative solutions in 2025. We also carried out 1.6 million hearing tests in our clinics, strongly contributing to raise awareness of hearing healthcare. ▪️ Innovation in focus: The launch of Oticon Zeal. The world's most discreet, complete in-ear hearing aid, marked an important milestone for the industry, setting a new standard for technology and user experience. ▪️ Climate impact: Demant reduced its scope 1 and 2 market-based GHG emissions by 9% and we met our 2025 target of sourcing 50% of the Group’s energy consumption from renewable sources. ▪️Diversity: The share of women in top‑level management increased to 33%, reflecting good progress towards our 2030 target of 35%. 👉 Explore Demant’s full 2025 financial and sustainability results here: https://lnkd.in/eeqVw6iq
