Pride is about visibility, dignity and the freedom to be yourself It is a reminder that inclusion is not a given and that creating environments where people feel safe to show up as they are requires intention and action. This Pride Month, we have once again raised the Pride flag as a visible signal, because no one should feel they have to hide who they are. And while actions matter more than flags, flags also matter. They signal something important: that you are not alone and you are welcome as you are. At Demant, we work to improve people’s lives through hearing healthcare - helping them stay connected, take part in everyday moments and feel included. Inclusion matters in many ways. For people living with hearing loss, across our organisation and in the world around us. Raising the Pride flag is a simple but important reflection of that commitment. And while we recognise there is still more to do, we are also proud of the progress we are making to foster an inclusive workplace where people feel they belong and can contribute fully.
