From testing labs to conference stages, Dragan has seen it all… Meet our colleague: Dragan Gusatovic For over 27 years, Dragan has played a key role in shaping clinical audiology at Demant. Based in Denmark, he works within Hearing Aids at Oticon, where his impact is still felt across teams today. He joined Oticon in 1998 as one of our first clinical audiologists, helping lay the foundation for our in-house testing culture. His work has significantly influenced our process of validating hearing aids, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. One of his proudest achievements? Establishing our test person database, which remains essential to testing with real users and collecting valuable feedback.   What keeps him going after all these years? “I’ve had the opportunity to do so many things I never expected… I’ve never stopped learning. And no matter who’s in the chair, whether it’s royalty or an ordinary Mr. or Mrs. Hansen. I always try to find the best solution for their needs”.
