Celebrating International Women’s Day Today, on #InternationalWomensDay we want to recognise, acknowledge and celebrate the incredible female talent across our company and the role they play in fulfilling our purpose: creating life-changing hearing health. It is also a day to reflect on the progress we are making in strengthening gender balance at different levels - for example, across our leadership teams. In 2025, we reached a female/male ratio of 33%/67% in our global top‑level management, close to our target to reach a gender balance of 35/65% (female/male) by 2030. Rikke Bräuner, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Demant, highlights: “These results reflect important progress. As we continue towards our 2030 gender balance target in top-level management, sustaining this progress matters just as much as achieving it. That requires attention to how opportunities are created in everyday interactions.
