Demant completes divestment of Oticon Medical Demant has finalised the transaction of Oticon Medical to Impilo. The finalisation of the agreement allows us to further strengthen our commitment to delivering on our strategy by focusing on innovative diagnostic solutions, hearing aids technology and delivering professional, personalised care through our clinic network. At the same time, it ensures a new path forward for Oticon Medical with a new owner dedicated to further developing and growing the company. A big thank you to all the people in Oticon Medical and Demant, who over the years have contributed to developing Oticon Medical into what it is today - a well-driven company with a solid product portfolio and even more potential.
