We are excited to welcome Sally Rayner (GAICD) to Delta as our new Chief Operating Officer. Known for her collaborative, outcomes-focused leadership and commitment to safety and operational excellence, Sally brings more than 20 years’ experience leading complex, asset-driven organisations across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. Before joining Delta, Sally held executive roles at Rio Tinto and Queensland Hydro and has a strong track record in leading transformation, multi-site operations and major projects in highly regulated environments. Sally will lead Delta’s energy generation, mining operations, and safety, health and environment teams, and will play an integral role as Delta continues to focus on safe, reliable operations and support NSW’s energy transition.
