Empowerment is one of Delta’s core values, and we’re passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation. We were proud to welcome students from the Clontarf Foundation to our Vales Point Power Station to learn about careers in the energy industry. Students heard from our team about their career journeys, explored apprenticeship and traineeship pathways, and gained firsthand insight into our operations through a guided site tour. Thank you to the students and staff for visiting, and to our team members who shared their time and experiences. We hope the day inspired future career possibilities and showcased the many opportunities our industry has to offer.
