A great example of our values in action with our Maintenance team coming together to build their Social Contract. By openly discussing how they want to work together, support one another, and hold each other accountable, the team is reinforcing what Care, Achievement, Respect and Empowerment look like in action. These conversations are more than just words on paper, they help create a safer, more inclusive and high-performing environment where everyone understands the role they play in the team’s success. Strong teams don’t just happen they’re built through conversations like these. Well done team!
