Happy Pride Month! For Sam Moran, Culture & People Strategy lead, as well as National Pride Co-Lead, Pride is both personal and collective. It’s about celebrating identity while also continuing to build environments where people feel respected, supported, and able to be themselves. "What I value most about Pride is the sense of connection it creates. Whether it’s attending local events, showing up for colleagues, or having more open conversations, this is what fostering inclusion looks like in action. Having lived in different cities around the world, I’ve seen how powerful these connections can be when communities come together in visible and affirming ways.
