After conducting a months-long national search, Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore has selected one of its own to lead the organization into its next chapter. The nonprofit announced that Chief Operating Officer Pam Reuther will become its next president and CEO beginning in September, succeeding Ken Sklenar who is retiring after 13 years at the helm.
