Some of the best insights come from stepping onto the factory floor. ⭐ DeLaval’s senior leadership – Paul Löfgren (President & Chief Executive Officer), Christian Poggensee (Chief Financial Officer – Finance & Information Technology), and John Erik Hermanson (Executive Vice President Supply Chain) – travelled to Poland to spend time at DeLaval’s operations in Wrocław, one of the company’s key hubs in Europe. Over two days, more than 500 employees from production, development, and support functions came together across the site to take part in sessions focused on shaping the company’s direction, priorities, and what comes next. These conversations are so important to us because they help us better understand what’s working, where we need to focus next, and how we move forward together – because, ultimately, it’s people who drive progress. In recent years, DeLaval Poland has seen continued investment, infrastructure development, and expansion across multiple functions – reflecting the expertise, commitment, and collaboration of the teams on site, and their ability to evolve alongside the needs of the wider business.
