Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with some of the healthcare customers in my portfolio at our recent networking session at the Vivino Singapore outlet at Raffles City last Friday. (Special thanks to our customer Wine Portal Holding P.L as well for the space). What stood out most wasn’t just the exchange of ideas, but how everyone showed up with a common sense of purpose to share so openly about their challenges and successes about NetSuite and beyond, and various opportunities for growth and learning. As conversations flowed, so did insights - particularly around the growing need for connected, data-driven operations in healthcare and of course, how AI is increasingly changing the way the healthcare industry operates. We also explored how Oracle NetSuite brings together finance, supply chain, and operational data as a single source of truth, and healthcare organizations can gain the visibility and agility needed to respond to evolving patient needs, regulatory demands, and cost pressures. For me, sessions like these are also about giving back to our customers, creating safe spaces where our customers can connect, exchange real-world challenges, and learn from one another’s journeys. Sometimes, the most valuable takeaways come from those candid conversations over wine and cheese.
