Are you currently an experienced HR professional within the Civil Service? Ready to confidently partner with senior leaders to deliver our business outcomes? We’re looking for 5 HR Business Partners to join us across Defra Group organisations. You’ll be a Chartered CIPD member, holding a Level 5 Intermediate or Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR (or equivalent experience), or be willing to work towards accreditation. In return, we can offer a salary of £56,375 - £69,105, flexible working, and the opportunity to make meaningful change at the heart of Defra group.
