This week, we celebrate Cheryl Jarvis, Defence Bank's longest-serving staff member, as she retires after 34+ years of service. A trusted face in Puckapunyal for generations of ADF members and their families, Cheryl has supported members through every stage of their Defence journey, from opening their first account to navigating postings, deployments, home ownership and retirement. With husband Graham having served in the ADF, Cheryl brought a unique understanding of Defence life and the community she served.
