Last Saturday night, Defence Bank proudly stood alongside DEFGLIS - Defence LGBTI+ Information Service as they marched at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. DEFGLIS does vital work championing inclusion and we believe that a stronger, more inclusive Defence community benefits everyone who serves. Our support for DEFGLIS doesn't stop at the parade. We remain committed to walking alongside the LGBTQI+ members of our Defence community — in the work they do, the challenges they face, and the future they're building.
