An incredible milestone for Defence Community Dogs. In Canberra, hundreds of people recently came together to celebrate DCD Day. This year was especially meaningful, marking 10 years of the program and the powerful impact it continues to have on veterans and their families. Our team loved catching up with familiar faces, meeting veterans, trainers and supporters, and being part of something the community looks forward to each year. Across our Defence Bank branches, DCD Day was also marked with moments of celebration, from morning teas to coffees and custom treats. Through the Defence Bank Foundation, we’re proud to have supported Defence Community Dogs over the past decade, standing alongside an organisation that truly understands and supports the Defence community.
