Interesting to see how ride-sharing UX is evolving 👀 Recently noticed that Uber has also introduced a ride PIN flow similar to what Rapido has been using for ride verification and safety. But one small detail stood out to me — and it’s such a smart product decision. Uber allows users to change the ride PIN and keep a number they can easily remember. That sounds tiny on paper, but from a UX perspective, it’s brilliant. Most users: • forget randomly generated PINs • panic while boarding • reopen the app multiple times • slow down the pickup experience Giving users a “memorable default” reduces friction without compromising the core safety flow. This is the kind of micro-product thinking that quietly improves real-world usability at scale ✨ Great example of how mature products don’t just copy features — they refine the experience around human behavior. #Uber #Rapido #ProductManagement #UserExperience #ConsumerApps
