The People Behind the Machine We have 40+ people from 20+ nationalities at deepc, working to provide much-needed infrastructure for health systems. What's been the most rewarding part of building or supporting a team that's very international? In this week of our people campaign, our Sr. People & Ops Partner, Chloé Möller, shares her answer: "For me, it's the openness an international team creates. With 20+ nationalities, nobody's way is the default, so people stay curious and show up as they genuinely are. That acceptance goes both ways, and it makes everything we build together at deepc better. Supporting a team like that never lets you go on autopilot. It makes you a more thoughtful HR professional, and honestly, a more thoughtful human being as well."
