Dedem Mekatronik carried out a combined training program with employee safety and environmental responsibility at its core: the Environmental Incident Awareness Training and Chemical Spill and Leak Drill, alongside the Emergency Response Training and Evacuation and Fire Drill. Throughout the program, every stage was addressed through hands-on practice: from risk assessment to first response procedures, from measures to contain the spread of released material to the use of absorbents and personal protective equipment, from the disposal of contaminated waste to recording and reporting processes; from emergency action plans and team responsibilities to alarm and communication flow, from safe evacuation and headcount verification to the correct use of fire extinguishers.
