*Scan Exposure Diagnostic (below)* You don’t feel alignment breaking. You feel it as: Slowed decizns Repeated conversations Execution that “almost” lands Teams solving the same problem twice It doesn’t look like failure. It looks like friction. And most leadership teams normalize it. But friction is not operational. It’s structural. It means: The same signal is entering— and producing different decizns. So execution compensates. Time expands. Capital absorbs the miss. And no one calls it what it is. Misalignment at the point of decizn. That’s where it starts. Not in execution. Not in performance. At the moment interpretation diverges. Most organizations never isolate that moment. So they keep optimizing around it— and keep paying for it, without knowing where it starts. If you can’t isolate where alignment breaks before the decizn, you’re already operating inside it. The next move isn’t more tooling—it’s diagnosis.
