Congratulations to our CLO team for their recognition by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026. Dechert's client, Barings, won the "Impact Deal Award – Securitization and Structured Finance" for Barings Euro Middle Market CLO 2025-1 DAC, Europe's first multicurrency private credit CLO.
