Congratulations to our client Churchill Asset Management, the U.S. asset management company of Nuveen Private Capital, on the closing of its approximately US$400 million Collateralized Fund Obligation (CFO) combining U.S. and Asian private capital strategies. The CFO, which is structured in partnership with Seviora Holdings and is Temasek's main asset management platform, provides institutional investors with diversified exposure across geographies and investment strategies and was oversubscribed at close. The Dechert team that advised Churchill was led by global finance partner John Timperio and included Eric Zeng, Nickolas Harrelson, Michael Mulvey, Jeff Kang and Cindy Moon.
