It was a powerful reminder of what continues to set natural diamonds apart and why they resonate so deeply with consumers. ย  The show provided a valuable opportunity for the industry to come together, to exchange perspectives, strengthen partnerships, and align on a positive path forward for the category. ย  Against this backdrop, we were pleased to welcome partners and colleagues at the De Beers Group breakfast, where a number of important developments were shared. These included the unveiling of the Desert diamonds Icons collection, as well as GIA (Gemological Institute of America)โ€™s acquisition of a stake in Tracr, an important step in advancing scalable, industry-wide provenance. ย  We also introduced The Diamond Report, alongside showcasing updates to our ORIGIN, De Beers Group programme which will help to connect consumers more meaningfully to the stories and people behind our natural diamonds. ย  Across the week, it was encouraging to see continued collaboration in action, with De Beers Group leadership also contributing to conversations around the sectorโ€™s future โ€” This included Al Cook joining a discussion with House of Botswana and the Natural Diamond Council where the conversation centred on Botswanaโ€™s diamond success story and its enduring partnership with De Beers. ย  A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to such a constructive and energising week for the industry.
