Pride is about showing up as the Real You - and recognising the responsibility we all share in creating space for others to do the same. At De Beers Group, our colleagues continue to demonstrate that inclusion is not just a principle we speak about, but a culture we build together through listening, allyship and everyday actions. We are proud of the work our Real You network does, alongside the many communities that champion inclusion across our organisation. Together, they help create an environment where everyone feels seen and knows they belong.
