Feast with the Beast is back for 26 Took Aesah, Sarah, Maimuna & Dharmawati out for lunch today — lots of laughs, lots of stories, and apparently I’m now “Papa” because, in their words, they “look like kids standing next to me.” 😂 Thai lunch (their choice — “don’t spend too much, boss!”) followed by Baskin‑Robbins for the drive back to the plant I told them they were naughty and better not spill ice-cream in my car... Sorry Terence - they were a bit late! When people feel relaxed, they open up — and the feedback they shared about the recent production changes was actually really helpful. Small things, but the kind of details you only hear when you’re sitting around a table together, not in a meeting room.
