𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆? That's the KPI I use to measure myself whenever I run innovation programs. It's a simple benchmark: if a project produces one or two ideas I'd genuinely be willing to invest in myself, we did a good job. Today, we wrapped up the 7th Siemens Energy ExO Innovation Sprint in Berlin, and I can honestly say the teams delivered the strongest portfolio of opportunities I've ever seen. Clearly, I wasn't the only one who felt that way. Our business sponsors committed record levels of funding, which is the strongest validation an innovation team can hope for. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟯 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴:  • AI-driven materials discovery • Data center cooling • AI for leadership behavior development • AI for legal operations • Grid Technologies (GT) engineering • GT winding • Reimagining the O&M value proposition The learnings are super profound. It's probably been the most demanding sprint we ever did. Partnering with AI in a truly meaningful way is no small task and we felt that every step of the journey.
