Our most recent WeDN internal survey provided valuable insights into how our people experience De Nora today, highlighting strengths we are proud of and areas where we can continue to grow.   These results reflect solid foundations—from safety and inclusion to wellbeing and training—while encouraging us to move forward through concrete actions.   We will now move ahead with defining targeted actions, reinforcing what already works and addressing areas for improvement, turning feedback into tangible progress.   Thank you to all colleagues who shared their feedback and contribute to our continuous improvement.   #wearedenora #denorapeople #peoplefirst #continuousimprovement
