Sometimes the most authentic impact is reflected in small, spontaneous actions. This was demonstrated by our colleague Mr. Yano, group leader of the Manufacturing Department from De Nora Japan, who, after attending our global training program on inclusive leadership, InCLUDe, chose to share the spirit of the initiative with his own team. He recreated a Mini InCLUDe session creating a space for listening, open dialogue, and mutual recognition among people with different roles and levels of experience.
