We are beyond proud to partner with Well Grounded Jobs CIC again this year to support their incredible mission to end unemployment in the UK. Through each of their 10-week Specialty Barista Traineeship programmes, Well Grounded is empowering 12 individuals as they take their first steps into the specialty coffee industry. This initiative goes so much deeper than technical training. It provides trainees with the tangible skills, confidence, and community they need to launch truly rewarding careers. Last week, we joined the cohort for their London "Cafe Crawl". It was a brilliant day of experiencing different cafe environments, tasting coffees, and watching the trainees grade local spots on ambience, service, and brew quality.
