You don't need to participate on LinkedIn to run a successful business: many people just lurk, and some don't participate at all. It's not essential. I think it can be helpful, though, because people still want to buy (business things) from people. That does not mean, though, that you need to try and follow a playbook and be anything other than yourself. This is especially true when many of the people around you are melting into the background with engagement farming, AI nonsense, and all kinds of strategies that worship the algo. Be yourself. Be interesting. Be useful.
