We’re hiring! 🚀 Our independent RIA, Bull Harbor Capital, is looking for a Remote Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone early in their financial services career who wants hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a scaling wealth management firm. This role isn’t just administrative, it’s foundational. The right person will gain real experience across account administration, custodian relationships, transaction processing, reconciliation, billing, and operational process improvement. They’ll work directly with platforms like Charles Schwab Corporation and Fidelity Investments, support advisors and clients, and have direct exposure to firm leadership.
