He helped set up Davies Craddock in 1978, under his leadership with Nigel Davies they have now become one of the largest insurance brokers in South Wales. DID YOU KNOW - In 1978, he formed a local football team known as Wellfield Athletic which had 2 senior teams and 5 junior teams until recently. From 2013 until 2018, he became Chairman of the reformed Llanelli Town AFC, during which time they gained 3 promotions as well as a Welsh League and Welsh Cup Double. He was a former President of Llanelli Chamber of Trade and Commerce, he now sits on their Executive Board. More recently he was appointed a trustee of Ty Bryngwyn Hospice and is also Chairman of their fund raising committee.
