🎉One year at the Thurgau Institute for Digital Transformation. Time really flies. Looking back, the past year has been dynamic, inspiring and full of learning. Working at #TIDIT has put me into new shoes: exploring digitalization challenges, the ethical use of AI 🤖, and the complexity of large-scale data systems 📊 at a much deeper level. 🚀Even though I have always been passionate about new technologies and innovation, experiencing these topics in a research and innovation environment has been something completely different. Another highlight: our team and capacity have grown tremendously - almost tripled in just a year.📈 Seeing the growth process of a strong team feels both inspiring and rewarding. Starting this year, with our partners I+D Campus and Startnetzwerk Thurgau, we have opened a strong research, innovation, and start-up hub. 🔬 It is more than exciting to see what can happen when motivated people work toward a common vision. For me personally, this role also filled an important missing piece. After gaining experience in both the private🏢 and public🏛 sectors, academia and research🎓 were the puzzle pieces I had not explored yet. On top of that, being part of such a diverse team🌍 makes the experience even richer. Most importantly - I am simply happy to be part of the #TIDIT team. Because one thing is clear: a great team can succeed in everything.🤝 🐝P.S. For my non German speaking friends: The fun fact in my bio says that I once managed millions of bees. That is actually true - I have been in charge of more than 50 beehouses back in the day at my parents’ farm.
