This is such a shocking, sudden, and tragic loss. Paul was a giant-hearted human known globally for his strategic roles in helping make the world a better place. From the USA, to the UK (CDO at the MOJ; then Director at GDS), to Australia, where as inaugural CEO of the Australian Digital Transformation Office he reported to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Paul had a massive and profound impact on global digital government.
